Answer:  On staff we Team Members who are:  Certified Horticulturists, Certified Nursery Men, Certified Brick Paver and Wall Installers, Master Gardeners, factory trained from our national suppliers.

 

Question: How much does landscaping cost?

Answer:  As you would expect the answer depends on the project. However in most cases our trained Team can complete the project in a manner that would take the homeowner much longer, be more expensive, and not have the integrity of a professional job backed by the H & M guarantee.

 

Question:  What forms of payment are accepted?

Answer:  H & M landscaping accepts cash, checks, most credit cards, as well as special financing. Typically, we ask for a deposit up to 50% of the total to begin services.

 

Question:  How long does H &M take to complete a project?

Answer:  In most circumstances, our Team is able to complete projects in one of two days.  Our experience and efficiency saves time and money!

 

Question:  Does H & M Landscaping have insurance?

Answer: Yes!  We are insured beyond what the state requires. We carry worker's comprehension, unemployment insurance, and carry all necessary Department of Agriculture licenses.

 

Question:  Does H & M Landscaping use commercial grade professional supplies and materials.

Answer:  H & M Landscaping tries whenever possible to use only the finest materials and supplies.  We desire to have the H & M name affiliated with only the finest professional products.

 

Question:  Does H &M Landscaping offer any guarantees?

Answer:  Yes!  We have a guarantee of 1 Year on our plant material*, and on the craftsmanship of all our projects*.  This guarantee can reassure the client that we stand behind our business.

 

Question:  Does H & M have an open door policy?

Answer:  Yes!  We have nothing to hide.  If at any time a client desires to contact us we are available through email, phone, by mail or at the office.  Typically, the office staff is available week days until 3pm.
